1. Acceptance. By using jwanaix.com and related pages (the “Site”), you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
2. Educational content only. Content on the Site is general education about insurance, Infinite Banking and financial strategies. It is not individual financial, tax, legal or investment advice, and it is not an offer to sell insurance in any state where we are not licensed.
3. Insurance products. Insurance products are offered through licensed agents and issued by the carriers we represent. Coverage, features and availability vary by state and are subject to underwriting. Only the policy contract issued by the carrier governs your coverage.

5. Agent membership. Membership in the Jwanaix Group agent network is governed by a separate Independent Contractor Agreement and Membership Terms presented at checkout. Membership fees are for business services and do not guarantee income, clients or leads.

8. Intellectual property. The Jwanaix Group name, logo and Site content belong to Jwanaix Group or its licensors. Carrier names and logos, including Ameritas, belong to their owners and are used with permission. You may not copy or reuse content without written permission.
9. Third-party services and links. The Site uses third-party services (such as scheduling, payment and forms) and links to other sites. We are not responsible for their content or practices.
10. Disclaimer and limitation of liability. The Site is provided “as is.” To the extent permitted by law, Jwanaix Group is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site.
11. Governing law. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Orange County, Florida.
